This pivotal role is the hub of our marketing team, charged with organizing and facilitating all department output including Brand, Marketing, and Creative. This person is a highly organized, tech-savvy marketing manager who is pivotal to our growing portfolio and brand marketing engine. This position will be primarily focused on ensuring department initiatives are prioritized and seamless integration of our brands are maintained across all channels. This role is a master collaborator and facilitator who thrives on getting sh*t done.

  • Define and maintain all department workflows and SOPs
  • Facilitate and lead both recurring and project based meetings for the department, determining the agenda, scheduling appropriate stakeholders as needed, and ensuring team accountability
  • Manage campaign planning and execution, oversee process from Kickoff to After Action Review
  • Set creative priorities based on deadlines and deliverables
  • Ensure consistent standards and practices are implemented across all marketing channels
  • Manage B2B asset platforms, portals, and permissions
  • Oversee the Creative and Marketing Request process, routing to the appropriate approvers
  • Manage all marketing platforms, reporting, and dashboards
  • Provide clear communication cross-departmentally ensuring strong collaboration with key stakeholders in ELT, Operations, Production, Sales, Finance, and Admin
  • Ensure implementation of marketing plans and priorities into the day-to-day work of the department
  • Maintain visibility into assignments and workload for both internal creatives and external agencies
  • Act as primary point of contact for marketing vendors, sourcing, and purchasing
  • Champion internal adoption of marketing platforms, education, and maintenance of SOPs
  • Be empowered to make decisions on balancing workloads and competing priorities–unafraid to say ‘no’ when it’s warranted
  • Ensure all creative and promotions pass multi-state compliance standards for beverage control


  • 3-5 years of in-house or agency marketing experience
  • Relevant Ops or Project Management experience required
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven


  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 with a booster shot completed
  • Leading by example and taking initiative; be outgoing and approachable
  • Be self-driven and self-motivated
  • Work independently and as part of the team
  • Be an energetic, organized, and a motivated problem solver

  • Must be located within communicating distance to Schilling Cider’s Headquarters in Auburn, WA. This position will be based in Auburn, WA
  • While this position provides some flexibility to work from home, it will be based in our Auburn, WA HQ 2 days per week min

Pay and Benefits

  • Starting salary $60,000-$75,000 depending on experience and qualifications
