Cellar Manager

Our ideal candidate…

We’re looking for an experienced Cellar Person to join & lead our cellar team. The Cellar Manager is responsible for overseeing and assisting in the execution of all cellar operations and procedures on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will share our commitment to quality, communication, and safety.

What to Expect: In addition to the typical duties of a Cellarperson,

† Overseeing daily cellar operations, to include CIP/CUP, centrifuge operations, fruit and adjunct additions, and general cellar cleanliness.

† Managing personnel scheduling and the prioritizing of daily tasks

† Monitoring fermentation in conjunction with head brewer and QA/QC Manager

† Updating all associated documentation/batch records

† Conduct routine cellar meetings to ensure all staff are up to date on process, etc

† Working to improve cellar process and efficiencies

† Adhering to all safety regulations and working to improve the safety of the workspaces at all times; preventing unsafe work from occurring at any time

What We’re Looking for:

† At least 3 years of experience in a production brewery environment with at least 1+ year of cellaring experience

† Experience leading a team

† Understanding of all aspects of beer production, cellar/cleaning tasks and production equipment

† Strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency

† Good communication & organizational skills

† Ability to follow complex instructions to a high level of detail and precision

† Positive, get-it-done attitude and a passion for beer


  • Salary is commensurate with experience
